With previous experience in project management, gaining an APM qualification, I’ve successfully managed technical projects and led teams to achieve key milestones. My focus has always been on lean process improvement and quality, consistently identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance performance.

While I have a solid background in project management, I’m now excited to shift my focus towards people management and furthering process improvement at M4. I am passionate about developing teams, creating efficient systems, and driving meaningful change that leads to long-term success.
