I joined M4 Recruitment in July 2022 with no previous experience in accounting, but a career change gave me the opportunity to learn on the job and grow within the company. Since then, I’ve gained valuable knowledge and experience, building on my background in management and customer service. I’ve since progressed to the role of Senior Accounts & Payroll Assistant and continue to enjoy the challenges that come with it.

Ever since joining M4, I’ve gained confidence and discovered a real passion for the field I now plan to work in long term. Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to grow. On top of that, I’ve built genuine friendships within my team, which makes coming to work every day a pleasure. I’m currently working towards my AAT qualification and look forward to continuing my journey in accounting.
