Accounts & Payroll Assistant

Sophie started with M4 recruitment in the summer of July 2020 with little experience in Accounting but given the opportunity, has learnt on the job and gained valuable knowledge and skills to thrive in her role.  Sophie has also joined the Payroll team on her return from Maternity leave and enjoys both aspects of the job.

‘When I joined M4, I didn’t know what to expect having had just moved to the area and with little background in accounts but I can honestly say I have enjoyed coming to work since day one and that’s down to my role but mostly my hard working team. After being fortunate enough to have had a year off to be with my son, returning to work has been nothing but positive and I love that I can continue to learn new things.

I will always be very grateful to M4 recruitment for throwing me a lifeline when I was made redundant during COVID and taking a chance on me.’
