After a ten year career in Logistics James decided to enter the challenging world of recruitment, starting as a manager for a National Recruitment Agency and working his way up to National Development Director. He then took on his biggest challenge; opening the doors to his own Recruitment Business in 2011, starting with a small office in Reading. On a Mission to ‘Exceed Expectations’ James has grown M4 Recruitment into a leading Multi Sector recruiter with offices strategically placed throughout the UK.
