Head of Business Development

Karen joined M4 Recruitment in May 2019 as a Regional Consultant for the South East and, following several promotions, is now Head of Business Development. Karen has a strong background in Recruitment and specifically within the Transport Industry from previously working as a Field Manager to then working her way up to Regional Manager at a large parcel delivery company. Karen then began running large scale contracts where her skills for resourcing and management grew.
