I started my journey in recruitment in October 2017, originally applying for an administration role. During the interview, I was asked, “Why don’t you give recruitment a go?”—and I’ve never looked back since. Over the years, I’ve steadily worked my way up to become what I always aspired to be: a Branch Manager.

No two days in recruitment are ever the same, and that’s exactly what I love about it. I genuinely enjoy getting out, meeting new people, and making a real difference for both clients and candidates. I’d like to think that perseverance is one of my biggest strengths—I don’t stop until the job is done!

I joined M4 because I was ready for a new challenge after having my little girl and wanted to work for a company that truly invests in its people. From day one, M4 has supported my growth and career goals. It’s incredibly refreshing to be part of a company that encourages and values progression.
