My journey to becoming a Personal Assistant at M4 Recruitment has been shaped by a mix of creativity, organisation, and a genuine passion for supporting others. After graduating from Leeds Beckett University with a degree in Business Studies, I started my career in sales support and marketing, where I developed skills in process management, team coordination and stakeholder communication.
I took pride in ensuring seamless operations, producing high quality content, and fostering strong relationships with clients and suppliers. Transitioning into the PA role at M4 Recruitment felt like a natural next step. I get to bring all those skills together to support a dynamic team, anticipate needs, and help create an efficient, productive environment every day.
