I joined M4 Recruitment at the very start of my recruitment career, and since then I’ve really enjoyed learning the ins and outs of the candidate journey. I’m excited to keep developing my skills and growing within this role.

With many years of customer service experience behind me, I’ve found those skills have transferred naturally into recruitment. I stay calm under pressure, approach every situation with confidence and a positive mindset, and love helping candidates navigate the recruitment process.

One of the things I enjoy most about working at M4 is the opportunity to speak with so many different people and help them find a role that truly suits them!
