After a ten-year career in logistics, I decided to take on the challenging world of recruitment. I started as a manager for a National Recruitment Agency and worked my way up to National Development Director. In 2011, I took on my biggest challenge yet—opening the doors to my own recruitment business, starting with a small office in Reading. On a mission to ‘Exceed Expectations,’ I have since grown M4 Recruitment into a leading multi-sector recruiter with offices strategically placed throughout the UK.

Not many people dream of a career in recruitment, but for those with a hunger for success, this path can be both financially and personally rewarding. There are no specific qualifications to make a great recruiter, but if you’re ambitious, hardworking, a good communicator, and able to build relationships, the rest can be learned from those around you.At M4, you’ll be surrounded by like-minded people who work hard, have a great time, and achieve their goals.
