I joined M4 Recruitment in November 2016 as Branch Manager at our Heathrow branch, bringing over 20 years of recruitment experience across multiple sectors. My values and approach have always aligned closely with those of M4 Recruitment and M4 Specialist, which has made my journey here incredibly rewarding.

After gaining further experience at branch level—developing my account management and full-cycle recruitment skills—I worked my way up within the company. I’ve since taken on responsibility for overseeing our On Site locations, managing small to large-scale recruitment operations and delivering bespoke KPI reporting tailored to each client’s business model.

I’m now proud to serve as Commercial Manager at M4, reporting directly to our Commercial Director. I love the dynamic nature of my work and the strong team spirit at M4. Staff are continually recognised and rewarded for their accomplishments, and I’m incredibly proud to be part of our ongoing success.
