Operations Director

I’ve been with the M4 team since 2012 and have since progressed through the company to my current role as Client Services Director. I’m responsible for all of our key accounts across the UK and oversee all new contract wins, from the initial tender stage through to implementation. My specialist background includes project managing large-scale recruitment campaigns and developing bespoke recruitment solutions for high-volume accounts, such as Master Vend, Onsite Solutions, and Workforce Management Systems.

I love the variety of my role—every day is different, and I get to interact with a wide range of great people. It keeps me constantly learning, and the challenges I face each day are always unique. Having worked at M4 for over five years, what I love most about the company is the sense of family within the workplace. M4 Recruitment truly values people on a personal level, and that’s something I deeply appreciate.
